Founded in 1987, ACCESS Network, Inc. once only provided end-of-life services to HIV/AIDS patients. In the '90s, they revamped their services to include long-term medical care, supportive mental health and substance abuse services, housing stabilization and sustainability, and advocacy. They also offer HIV awareness education, confidential HIV testing and counseling, group and individual support, and prevention and nutrition programs.more grants
